One week goes by without progress. What better place to get those creative juices flowing than a thrift shop? We go to a Value Village on the Hamilton Mountain to see what we could find.
Ahh yes! We found what we were looking for! Old stereos that remind us of our grandparents' houses!

This looks promising. Maybe we can use the wireless phone and base and make our shutter button wireless? We will take it with us and see what we can do.
The Big Reveal
Upon opening up the device we find that, of course, it does not come with any batteries. This wouldn't have been too big of a problem if it didn't use proprietary batteries, but it does, and it is.
Out comes the container of random electronics!
Battery holder! Score!
If we can find out how to wire this up we might be able to get away with some standard AA batteries.
